This privacy policy applies exclusively to the informational website devctrl.ai. This site contains no contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, or tracking tools. We therefore do not collect personal data from you beyond what your browser technically transmits when it requests a website.
A separate Platform Privacy Policy applies to use of the Devctrl platform.

3. Hosting and infrastructure
We use two external service providers to deliver the website securely and reliably. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functional website). Both providers are based in the USA; we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, certifications under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Railway (Hosting)
Our website is hosted by Railway Corp., 2261 Market St #4008, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Delivering the site automatically processes server log files (IP addresses, requested resources, timestamps).

Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection, SSL)
We use services from Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare provides a Content Delivery Network (CDN), SSL encryption, and security services (including DDoS protection). Traffic between your browser and our host is routed through Cloudflare's infrastructure; Cloudflare processes IP addresses and metadata for system security.
4. Server log files
When you visit the website, Railway and/or Cloudflare automatically process data in log files that your browser technically transmits:
- Browser type and version, operating system
- Referrer URL
- Hostname and IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of the request
This data is processed to deliver the website, maintain security, and defend against attacks. It is not combined with other data sources for profiling purposes.
5. Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies for attack protection and bot detection (e.g. __cf_bm). These cookies serve security only and are necessary for operating the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, § 25(2)(2) TDDDG).
6. Forwarding to the platform
When you click buttons such as “Join the Waitlist” or “Login”, you are redirected to the Devctrl platform on a separate domain. Data processing that occurs there is governed by the Platform Privacy Policy.
